Show and Tell Wednesday Week 29

Welcome to S&TW Week 29! How does time manage to fly so quickly. If you don't know what S&TW is click here.

This week I am going to show you a photo that I took in Michigan. My doll Heather fell over when I pushed her across a little too quickly. This is how my photo story came to be. It was originally going to happen a little bit differently- but because of this, the story was changed, and occurs the way it does. Please come to my webpage this weekend for the whole photo story.

Show and Tell Wednesday

I am still planning on doing a S&TW. It may appear kind of late (7PM), but it should be up by tonight. I am also going to do a Weekends Show it All this upcoming weekend.

It will count as the Weekends Show it All for June. I was out fo town for 2 weekends, so couldn't really get it posted. I was working on it in June though:) I will do another Weekends Show it All later in July and it will count for July's Weekends Show it ALL!!

I do actually post on my other blog though!! I did today infact. I should be able to do a S&TW tomorrow, so come back to see more photo from Michigan!!

Show and Tell Wednesday Week 28!

7 months? WoW:) That time has really really gone by FAsT:) ZoOm:) lol.

I am going to show you an outdoor photo where I "tricked" the scenery. Basically I got down at the doll's level to make it look like the scenery you see in the photo was farther away then it really was. This way it looked the right size it would at the "pretended" distance. When things are farther away they look smaller because of parallax or your perspective to it. But as you get closer they get bigger.



So... this week I am going to show you a photo from when we were on Isle Royale an island in Lake Superior. The dolls are looking at the Queen IV (4) pull into the dock. The boat is really closer than that, but I had to make it look relative to their size so.... I also can't get any "normal sized" full grown tree in the photo either because then it is obvious how much bigger their surroundings are.

Show and Tell Wed. Week 27

Hi, I am sorry for not posting on Twitter, or here much, but I have been busy, and am trying to update and edit my webpage.

This week for S&TW week 36, I am going to show you a photo of my current and NEW header on my webpage. I made this on powerpoint by "inserting picture", and then when I lined the 4 photos up and had it the way I liked it I "grouped" them. I know you can do this on "Paint" but I couldn't figure out how, so I did this on PPT and then "File, Save As"... JPEG. This way I could upload it onto Weebly:) I also used the gridlines to make everything straight and to line them up perfectly. I did save a few versions but here is my final and the one on my webpage.

Ok, this is my final post. I kept searching on the "Help Forums" etc. If you need the same thing follow these instructions:

You click the design tab and then click "Edit HTML". Scroll down on that page (NOT the actual HTML itself) until you see the "Old Templates". You click that and you'll find it.

New Background CHANGE

Ok, I have kind of gone back to the old background. I think I will email Blogger and suggest that they still offer the OLD blogger templates. I really don't like how there is so much space between my title and the actual blog. I will see about fixing that...

New Background...

Hi. I have gone back to the old background on my www.agpixplace.net webpage, and now have made a new background using the Design Creator on Blogger. The bad thing, I can't go back really here. I may suggest that Blogger still have their original templates, I don't know how I will like this, but I guess we will have to try it out.

I will post more tomorrow (maybe).

Show and Tell Wednesday Week 26

WoW:) 4 months and a half? Really? If you would like to know more about S&TW click here. This week I am going to show you a photo from when my dolls decorated their room. My dolls had already painted their room and everything but now they added some accessories (i.e., a clock, bulletin board etc).

It's Mia... and Marisol!!!

Hi. Lately Lily has been posting, but decided that maybe it should be our turn for a change. So me (Mia) and Marisol decided to give you a update about the latest doll news. NO!- We haven't heard anything about a new doll, but this is information about our "little" family (of 20 dolls isn't little but...)

Ok. So Lily has been pretty busy so we have decided to tell you some things that we know about future web posts. She will probably do a new Weekends Show it All in the next few weekends. She will be doing a Show and Tell Wednesday next week, and she will probably post a lot (as usual!).

She will be posting a S&TW today.

Show and Tell Wednesday/ Winner?

I am doing a Show and Tell Wednesday tomorrow. I have dance so I pre-posted it to be sure it gets up:)

The winner of the Give Away...- well I am planning on posting that today! I took a 4 hour cat nap yesterday and didn't quite get it up, and rather than post it at 10 PM I decided to wait until today. Other than that... the brownies (I am making brownies but they are kind of hard to mail so I think I will keep them for myself!!), are in the oven, and my dolls are planning their next big adventure for a Weekends Show it All:)

Weekends Show it All/ Give Away...

Hi Girls,

I am having a little trouble thinking of a good Photo Story for Weekends Show it All. I will get the story up TODAY though:)

Now about the Give Away. I will be drawing the winner (hopefully today) and announcing it. My mom has to check to see if I can ship to UK (Karim). Ok... I will be busy for the next few weeks and weekends... So I will be posting Weekends Show it All for the next few weeks here because I have better access to this blog and can pre-post them if it looks like I won't be able to during the weekend.
