The Movies, A New Episode...

Hi! So my friend Caitlin and I went to the movie "Tooth Fairy". After that we went ice skating. Well while I was gone with Caitlin- American Girl Doll Talk updated their site with a new episode. This episode is available on their site and it is also available on iTunes.

I will update again on Show and Tell Wednesday :) I still NEED!- your ideas for future photos and Show and Tell Wednesdays. I try to plan S&TW at least 1 week ahead (preferably 2) :-) Please email ideas to agpixplace@gmail.com.

I have nothing else to say but... I am sorry I didn't get the videos up today but maybe I will get them up tonight or this week. I will TRY to upload them tonight and then work on them maybe a little today and over the week:-)

Show and Tell Wed. Week 11

Hi Guys,

So here is the actual photo for S&TW Week 11:-) Remember I said earlier today I wasn't sure when it would get posted... I was at my dad's office using his new computer- he hasn't transferred it to his desk so right now I get to because nothing "valuable" is on it!! Pretty soon though I will get his old computer:)

Ok- so this week I didn't actually plan anything because last weeks was planned for today but then I didn't have anything for last week so.... (LONG STORY!!) :-)

So this week I am going to show you a photo of "Kit Builds a snow man!" This photo is actually tricked because my mom decided to take this photo but unlike most of the photos of my dolls in the snow. She put Kit on my old step stool that my cat now sleeps on and then turned off the flash and took the photo.

The photo looks like it was taken out in the snow but if you notice you don't see the bottom of Kit because of the step stool!!- Pretty tricky huh??

S&TW- Delayed?

Hi:) I still am planning on doing Show and Tell Wednesday. I am at a computer (at the moment) that doesn't contain my photos. I will be at the regular computer by tonight though and should have photos up:-) Hopefully I will have the photos up tonight but if for some reason they may not get up until very late (8-8:30 tonight!).

Planning: If you would like to see photos of "out takes" or something among that nature please let me know by emailing me at agpixplace@gmail.com. Also you may send ideas to that email as well whether it be for photos or for S&TW. In the Subject please put "Ideas!" . I try to plan S&TW about 2 weeks in advance.

There probably will be a time when I don't put up a S&TW. I probably just forgot because I am pretty busy but I will try to get one up every week!!

But in order to do this I need inspiration. :-)

Hi=) I thought it would be really cool to make a post on my dad's brand new computer. (He told me I could use it before he tranfers it to his desk. Right now it is on the desk where I do my Homework etc. So tomorrow is Show and Tell Wed. (reminder!!) I will try to get the videos up this weekend (serioiusly!).

After school I had my piano lesson. We are still playing Christmas music because next year I maybe outgrown the book soo,.......

Well I should probably get started on my Homework now. All I have is Math and World Lang. Explorations. OH!!- and to read. Currently I am reading the Rebbecca books and they are really good! I suggest reading them if you haven't already:)

Haiti Earthquke

Today in school we were talking about the Earthquake in Haiti. I think it is very sad that so many people died and are injured because of the Earthquake. Haiti is a very poor country with very little and now has no money to build new homes etc.

In Life Skills our teacher told us that 17 % of the U.S is below poverty level. Unfortunately 50% of the WORLD is BELOW poverty level. Our teacher also told us about a few websites that help not just the Haiti victms but also poor countires like Haiti is.

If you go to www.freerice.com every question you get right you donate 10 grains of rice to Haiti. You can change subjects by hitting "change subjects".

Another site www.freepoverty.com you can donate cups of water depending on how close you are. You can donate 10 cups if you "nailed it". Or less. If you miss a lot it is Ok because you are still helping others around us who aren't as fortunate.

If you would like to help Haiti I am sure you can donate to the Haiti funds or the American Red Cross.

I know this doesn't have to do with AG but I think it is all important that we realize that we are lucky for living in a country that hasn't just had an earthquake as big as Haiti. I hear it had an aftershock (another earthquake) that was a 6.1. That is a pretty big earthquake especially for an afterschok.

I thought we should all be awared about these easty game sites that donate that I learned about from school.

Show and Tell Week 10!!

I can't believe it is Show and Tell Week 10=) I have to say though- I almost forgot about it. One of these days I probably will. (sorry in advance:-) The weeks I have dance on Wed. I don't get home until 7 so..... it is late and I am not thinking about S&TW. So these week I will show you Marisol's fall. I was taking the snow pictures and she fell outside but I took a QUICK photos (like as fast as "ZZ"). My mom took her in afterwards to make sure she was completely dry etc. So here is the photo.

Show and Tell Wed Week 9

Hi Girls!
Last week I realized I didn't say I would post something again about CHANCE! So I will show you how I made the doll's cakes. Ok so I used round styrofoam "cake patties". I don't know their real name but that is what I call them. So here is a photo and I am sure you can get them at Wal Mart or if you can't you can probably get them somewhere like Hobby Lobby etc. I actually made some flat cakes and my mom made the fancy one you saw last week. So here is the photo- these are the 3 I made. I just colored them but.... you know that is ok.:

New Photo Display

Hi Girls (and Guys!)!!

I thought it would be so fun to have a photo display. I had one when this blog first started but I thought it would be fun to do another one with all of your photos.

What you would do is send me a photo with a caption that you would want me to put onto my site. I would make a slideshow and put it onto my blog. Here are some details that are important.

1. ALL PHOTOS must be emailed to Lily by 01/15/2010. You may email them to lpictures100@gmail.com.

2. You may have up to 5 photos that you would like published.

3. You don't need to have a caption but I highly suggest that you send one.

4. Have FUN! If you send 5 photos or less they will all be published. =)

Show and Tell Wed. Week 8

Hi! I hope your day back at school wasn't too horid=) Today for the S&TW I am going to show you a photo of what I made for my dolls. Next week I will show you how I made it.=)

My mom helped me make this and it is for Breast Cancer. I made it in June but I made it for Relay for Life! My school was doing something and I decided the dolls could too! :)

Elizabeth?

Hi,

I was hanging out with a friend named Caitlin. Caitlin and I go to school together and we made a video over the weekend.

(A Mini Story that goes with the "main" one!) I asked for Elizabeths Tea Dress for Christmas but my mom thinks she made a mistake. I made a list but I am not sure if I wrote Elizabeth or Felicity's Tea gown. SO if I wrote the wrong one then it is my fault but... My mom thought Elizabeth's was prettier but...

Ok- back to the main story. So here is the question that I need to ask all of you: Should I get Elizabeth? Caitlin does believe that I should. Her sister has Elizabeth and Caitlin has Felicity. Caitlin thinks if I am going to get either one to get Elizabeth. I will post a poll on my side bar under the Future Give Away Poll. Please vote because your vote matters to me.

I know that I am going to have to decide but it might help if you guys help me out by voting :)

My friend coming over

Hi Guys-

My friend is coming over today. I am so excited. My friend likes American Girl Dolls too and we are planning on making a video. My friend does have a name but I am not sure whether she will want to use it or whether she will want to use a stage name like I use.

I hope your 3 days into the New Year (2010) are going well.
